Banyan Treatment Centers is expanding with a new Executive Director site in Rochester Hills, MI. This role leads cultural and operational excellence, builds high-performing teams, and represents the center with local stakeholders.

The ED will own the staffing, budget, census, and regulatory compliance across multiple programs while driving quality care and growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, community ties in Michigan, and experience with CARF/Joint Commission–level standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment settings.
• Minimum 3 years in a facility leadership role with census, P&L, and regulatory compliance responsibility.
• Established community relationships in Michigan SUD/MH landscape preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze market data and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, operations management, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Set the cultural tone of the facility through visible, people-first leadership.
• Lead, develop, and stabilize a multi-disciplinary team across clinical, administrative, and support functions.
• Own all site staffing decisions including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and separations.
• Own site-level P&L in partnership with Regional Executive — drive revenue and manage expenses.
• Own census performance, program quality, and regulatory compliance across all five programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with licensing officials, site visits, and corrective action plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment in line with standards; support policy development and strategic planning.
• Serve as the primary community ambassador by cultivating referral relationships and local partnerships.
