Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is opening a new on-site Executive Director role in Rochester Hills, MI for a 60-bed facility. You will lead culture, clinical quality, staffing, and budgetary performance while representing the center with regional leadership and external partners.

This leadership position requires a strong track record in SUD/MH settings, strategic growth, and community engagement to drive excellence and program development in a complex service network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Healthcare or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead complex healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Set cultural tone and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Own site staffing decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site-level P&L in partnership with Regional Exec.
• Cultivate community and referral partnerships.
• Own census performance, program quality, and regulatory compliance across all five programs.
• Own the relationship with licensing officials, facilitate site visits, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment in alignment with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee the planning and formulation of policies and programs that advance the organization, recommending them for Regional and COO approval.
• Serve as the primary community ambassador by cultivating referral relationships, funding partnerships and local stakeholder trust through active participation in regional committees, state task forces, and professional organizations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth in partnership with Regional Executive and Senior Leadership, including program development, marketing and organizational structure
