Job summary

Holland Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the DON in coordinating nursing department functions within our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher is required or preferred.
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum 3 years’ ADON experience preferred; Long Term Care supervision experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing staff comply with standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for high-quality resident care.
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing department budgets with facility administration.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies and procedures.
• Oversee surveillance, rounding, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
• Lead infection prevention efforts and serve as a resource and educator to improve infection prevention.
