Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Covington, Ohio is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team. You will support daily clinical operations, mentor RNs/LPNs/STNAs, and help maintain high-quality resident care.

As Manager on Duty, you will supervise staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a positive work environment while coordinating care transitions and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license required.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and nursing department oversight.
• Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs to ensure competent care.
• Supervise staffing, assignments, and daily workflow on assigned units.
• Oversee clinical follow-up, documentation compliance, and care coordination.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Oversee infection prevention and control program.
• Ensure staff compliance with regulations and policies.
