Exton Post Acute, a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical operations and nursing leadership. You will partner with the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, and champion high-quality resident care in a compassionate environment.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Pennsylvania, a preferred nursing degree, and a track record in supervisory roles. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning all aspects of nursing operations, including setting priorities and coordinating initiatives.
• Serve as the care champion for the 5-chair dialysis den, ensuring clinical excellence and compassionate care.
• Monitor nursing unit activities, communicate policies, evaluate performance, and assist with coaching and disciplinary processes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, coordination with support services, and staff morale.
• Oversee administrative functions related to Nursing Services to support efficient operations.
