Exton Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Exton, PA. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and high-quality resident care.

The RN will oversee shifts, ensure adherence to care plans, and coordinate with physicians and families. A PA RN license and BLS CPR are required; experience with supervision is not mandatory, as training is provided.

• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams about changes in condition or care needs.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency and manage multiple residents accordingly.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
