Jersey College seeks a Lab Supervisor to oversee nursing labs, ensuring proper equipment, orientations, and supervision for students from fundamentals through upper-level courses. You will collaborate with nursing faculty to provide a safe, educational lab environment in our Pennsylvania campus.

The role requires licensure (HHA/CNA/LPN) and relevant simulation experience, with strong organizational skills and leadership to foster a cohesive lab climate. On-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• HHA, CNA or LPN license preferred.
• Two years of full-time nursing or simulation experience preferred.
• Simulation experience highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the operation of labs in collaboration with nursing faculty.
• Manages the function of the lab to provide orientation and guidance to students.
• Provides support to faculty and students to ensure equipment is available for learning experiences.
• Coordinates and supervise the lab to provide required skills from fundamentals to upper-level courses.
• Provides leadership to the campus by creating a positive work climate in the labs.
• Assist in preparation of safe, knowledgeable nursing students.
• Supports faculty and students during simulation exercises.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
