Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Work as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities
• Monitor residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs

• Assist with medication administration, including verification and monitoring of effects on residents
• Maintain residents' medical records and charts

• Contribute to the maintenance and proper inventory of medical supplies
