Mass Digital Health is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide quality nursing care in Lakeview, OH. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $25 to $28, with additional opportunities for overtime and numerous benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Assist residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment to protect resident health and safety.
• Assist with transportation and movement of residents around the facility when needed.
• Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on physical and mental conditions.
• Follow and adhere to care plans for residents and all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
• Build relationships with residents to create a sense of security and trust.
• Communicate among staff, residents, and family members to support transparency and comfort.

Qualifications and Skills
