Qualifications

• MSN required and RN license in California.
• Direct patient care experience within the last five years in the designated nursing area or equivalent teaching experience.
• Accredited degrees; instructors must hold required certificates/licenses for teaching.
• Teaching experience or clinical teaching experience relevant to the nursing area.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction and curriculum aligned with program goals and accreditation.
• Provides student advising, tutoring, and office hours to support learning and career development.
• Regularly assesses outcomes and contributes to program improvement and assessment.
• Collaborates with colleagues and industry partners for program growth and student success.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and manages documentation of grades and attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
