Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking applications for a full-time Associate Degree Nursing Instructor at the New Richmond Campus. Instructors teach in face-to-face, online, web-conferencing, and hybrid settings and may travel to other campuses or the Shell Lake HEC.

Relocation assistance may be available; evenings and Saturdays may be required with program modification. The role includes advising nursing students and participating in ADN accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing with licensure in Wisconsin.
• Minimum two years of occupational nursing experience.
• Current RN license in Wisconsin; Minnesota license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan for instruction with syllabi, learning plans, and assessment strategies.
• Deliver, assess, and adapt effective instruction for diverse learners.
• Create and revise curriculum to meet industry standards and employability goals.
• Advise nursing students and participate in ADN accreditation processes.
• Mentor high school teachers for articulated Northwood Tech courses.
