Qualifications
- Master's degree in Informatics or related field.
- Active RN license.
- 7+ years of combined experience in nursing informatics and clinical practice.
- Board Certification in Nursing Informatics preferred.
- This role is based in Nashville, TN with 50% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise nursing informatics projects and assigned portfolio initiatives from planning through implementation, optimization, adoption, and sustainment handoff.
- Serve as the accountable project or program lead for clinical informatics work, translating clinical, operational, and technology needs into executable plans, measurable outcomes, governance artifacts, and field-ready standards.
- Own project delivery from intake and planning through readiness, implementation, adoption, optimization, hypercare, and sustainment handoff.
- Lead technology implementations and optimization initiatives that support clinician workflow and patient care operations.
- Coordinate Senior Informatics Specialist work products, including toolkits, job aids, standards, dashboards, readiness checklists, education materials, and optimization documentation.
- Prepare clear executive, corporate, division, and facility communications that summarize status, risks, decisions needed, outcomes, and next actions.
