Qualifications

Licensed Clinician in Texas required.
Bachelors degree in nursing or clinical field required.
LEAN and process-improvement experience expected.
Strong data analysis and presentation to clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with clinicians and executive leaders at hospitals and health systems.
Translate clinical requirements into information needs for design, build, and deployment of LSC systems.
Conduct trainings for healthcare professionals on Nurse Call and related systems.
Provide go-live support and document testing procedures.
Lead standardization activities and supervise CAS/Hc Informatics staff.
Collaborate with CCIO, Service Lead and Account Managers to align customer needs.
