Job summary
Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Coordinator of Clinical Informatics to serve as the liaison among clinical operations, nursing education, Information Technology, and the Epic team to optimize the use of the EHR. This role supports Epic education, onboarding, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required; advanced degree preferred.
- RN license in Florida is required; BLS certification required.
- Experience educating adult learners and participating in system implementations or workflow redesign.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Epic Education and Training materials for nurses and clinical staff.
- Coordinate Epic training during new employee orientation.
- Support new unit openings, workflow changes, and Epic upgrades.
