Job summary

Novant Health in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a House Supervisor who will act as in-house administrative representative and resource person for patients, staff, staff physicians and visitors. The role will float between New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Orthopedic Hospital, and Scotts Hill.

You will provide throughput support, lead clinical staff, and deliver guidance and administrative support to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in appropriate state is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years' nursing experience is required.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
