Sharon Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nursing House Supervisor to promote and maintain high‑quality patient care during the assigned shift. You will oversee nursing services, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

The role requires an RN license, BSN preferred (ASN accepted), and strong leadership with excellent communication. BLS/ACLS/PALS are expected. Training includes pharmacy protocols and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• RN certification with current license.
• BSN preferred; ASN accepted.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain quality patient care during assigned shift.
• Manage activities of total patient care services.
• Inform Administrator-on-Call of significant situations.
• Participate in committees and in-service education.
