Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Portland, Maine. You will report to the CEO and drive daily operations, patient care, and staffing excellence across multiple facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field and a minimum of two years in nursing home management. You will manage facility admins, drive census and revenue, and lead a team of over 700

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing home management or a related field
• Proven track record in operations management with focus on quality and efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate a large team (~700 employees)
• Familiarity with MaineCare and PDPM regulations is a plus

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility administrators and department heads to drive census, revenue, quality mix, and reduce contract labor
• Develop and implement plans to increase operational efficiency and improve facility performance
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder hospitals and healthcare providers
• Recruit, hire, and terminate staff as needed, fostering a positive work environment
• Oversee personnel management and structural changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with MaineCare and PDPM regulations
