Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is recruiting an experienced Cook Supervisor for a Somerset, NJ nursing facility. The role oversees daily kitchen operations, prepares meals from standardized recipes, and ensures safety and quality in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred or to be obtained after hire.
• At least 1 year of healthcare or nursing home experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in large-scale cooking.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals with correct portions and ensure temperature and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and store excess food properly.
• Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Food Service Director.
• Perform other duties as required.
