Apploi is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Receptionist to greet visitors and manage a multi-line phone system in a compassionate, faith-based care setting. You will perform clerical tasks, distribute mail, maintain sign-in logs, and support project coordination while presenting a professional image.

Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Distribute packages and mail.
• Maintain visitors sign-in logs.
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
• Business professional dress attire.
• Ensure reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression.
• Duties as assigned.
