Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a friendly Nursing Home Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily clerical tasks in a welcoming entrance area. This on-site role requires professional attire and a caring, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—it’s about the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
Distribute packages and mail
Maintain visitors sign-in logs
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Business professional dress attire
Ensure reception area and lobby maintain a welcoming presentation and first impression
