Qualifications

• Knowledge of IDPH and State Regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests, such as leaky faucets, broken locks, and minor electrical issues.
• Paint, clean, and perform general repairs, including replacing tiles or repairing furniture.
• Conduct inspections, maintain a clean workspace, and organize tools, often serving as a key supportive role for operations.
