This hands-on role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs, working with leadership to meet regulatory requirements and facility standards. Join a team dedicated to keeping the facility operational and safe 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related building maintenance experience.
• Experience across plumbing, electrical, painting, and general facility maintenance.
• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety, licensing, codes, and ADA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital facilities and grounds in good repair.
• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air handlers and HVAC equipment.
• Inspect water heaters, pumps, exhaust fans, and life-safety systems.
• Participate in Environment of Care (EOC) rounds and emergency drills.
