Job summary

A nursing home in Connecticut seeks a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee physical plant maintenance and manage the maintenance staff. In this role, you'll coordinate grounds upkeep, ensure that all maintenance logs are up-to-date, and conduct training for your team on essential repairs and safety protocols. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in maintenance work.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, construction, and plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of state and federal building codes.

Responsibilities

• Train maintenance staff in plumbing and electrical work.
