Shady Grove Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) to join our team and help manage patient billing, accounts receivable, and census data entry on site in Maryland. The ABOM will ensure accuracy in data, handle daily postings, and support the facility with financial processes in a fast-paced nursing home environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in nursing home business office or billing.
• Experience with patient billing and accounts receivable is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate data entry of client information and census daily.
• Responsible for patient pay collections and hospice billing monthly.
• Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and collectability.
• Support resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor funds.
• Identify non-collectible accounts and forward to Corporate for collections.
