Job summary

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 180-bed facility, drive regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and financial performance. The LNHA will provide strategic direction, oversee census development, and foster a culture of resident-centered care with strong staff engagement, while partnering with our regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Tennessee (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement.

Position Summary:

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.
