NHC Cavette Hill Assisted Living and Memory Care in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee all administrative and clinical operations. You will inspire Department Directors, staff, residents, families, and physicians while upholding the highest standards of care and compliance.

The role requires active TN ACLF or NHA licensure, a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration, and a proven record of team leadership and dedication to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee ACLF or NHA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
• Genuine dedication to senior care and the geriatric population.
