• Ensure the facility remains in compliance with government regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate quality standards and implement QAPI programs as needed.
• Engage in strategic forecasting for the department with RDO.

Buckeye Terrace has an opportunity for an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who is passionate about providing quality care to our Healthcare residents. This is a beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in Westerville, Ohio. This position is full-time and is responsible to oversee operations of our healthcare center. Must have current NHA license, 2+ years' NHA experience, strong leadership, clinical and management skills in a long-term care setting, and thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR:
