Buckeye Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Westerville, Ohio, seeks an exceptional Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee operations of our skilled nursing facility. This full-time leadership role requires a current NHA license and 2+ years of LNHA experience, with strong leadership, clinical and management skills in long-term care.

Responsibilities

Oversee supervision of department employees for training, payroll, performance evaluations, and discipline.
Manage all services within and among departments to maintain a high quality of care.
Promote effective relations and communications within the department and with families and visitors.
Resolve issues within and among departments to maintain a functional working relationship.
Complete rounds of the health care center to inspect operations and programs.
Ensure the facility remains in compliance with government regulations.
Monitor and evaluate quality standards and implement QAPI programs as needed.
Engage in strategic forecasting for the department with RDO.
