Job summary

Jamestown Place Health and Rehab in Jamestown, OH, is seeking a highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident care.

You will lead the management team, monitor outcomes, and maintain fiscal health of the facility, building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or other related healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the facility, including programs and activities, in accordance with current laws and regulations.
• Identify key performance indicators and establish a system to monitor and evaluate outcomes.
• Develop and implement processes and systems to maintain the fiscal health of the facility.
• Lead and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly management team meetings.
