Jamestown Place Health and Rehab is seeking a highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's day‑to‑day operations in Jamestown, OH. You will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities include directing operations, monitoring performance, maintaining fiscal health, leading meetings, and building strong relationships with residents, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• NHA license in the state is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current laws and regulations.
• Identify KPIs and establish systems to monitor outcomes.
• Develop and implement processes to maintain fiscal health of the facility.
• Lead and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly management meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, employees, and family members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
