Water's Edge Center for Health & Rehabilitation seeks a Nursing Home Administrator to serve as the chief executive of the facility, driving operational excellence and growth. You will set goals, shape culture, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective care, resident satisfaction, and strong clinical outcomes.
The role requires LNHA licensure, a healthcare administration degree, and proven experience in a for-profit SNF.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- LNHA license in the state of operation.
- Proven LNHA experience in a skilled nursing facility; for-profit experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for SNFs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of clinical, allied health and non-clinical staff.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve market share and grow the business.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
