Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Erwin, TN seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and uphold high resident care standards. This on-site role requires strong leadership and regulatory expertise to guide a skilled nursing facility.

The LNHA will oversee staffing, budgeting, quality measures, and survey readiness while fostering teamwork, resident-centered care, and a positive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and facility operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility.
