Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the facility budget and monitor expenses and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong, engaged team.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Represent the facility professionally and develop strong community partnerships.
• Ensure appropriate emergency plans and procedures are in place.
