Job summary

HMG Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead a skilled nursing facility. You will guide operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing budgets, staffing, and facility resources.

The role requires an active Kansas LNHA license, 3+ years in senior care management, and strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Nursing Home Administrator license in Kansas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration or senior care management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and senior care best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through previous supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, including resident care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing home operations and resident care standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing home staff to maintain high performance and professional development.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support sustainable facility operations.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to address resident needs and concerns.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and quality indicators, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Prepare for and participate in inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
