Qualifications

  • Resident Care: Promote high standards of care, resident satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain readiness for surveys.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility budget while monitoring expenses and financial performance.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong, engaged team.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance facility performance.
  • Resident & Family Relations: Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the facility professionally and develop strong community partnerships.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Ensure appropriate emergency plans and procedures are in place to protect residents and staff.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility and create an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator License* required.
