Job summary

Jackson Manor Healthcare seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Missouri center. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and manage regulatory compliance in a dynamic post-acute environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgetary acumen, and a collaborative approach to achieve optimal census and financial performance in our 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred
• One year of prior administrator experience preferred
• Knowledge of state regulations for acute and skilled nursing centers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work a varied 24/7 schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscally viable operation of the center and ensure resident care quality
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets
• Recruit, supervise, and develop center staff and policies
• Maintain accreditation, licensing, and quality improvement programs
• Prepare reports on services and financial activities
• Ensure safety, compliance and confidentiality across center operations
