Kemp Care Center is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a resident-centered, community-focused environment. The administrator will drive staff development, financial stewardship, and compassionate care across all departments.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, survey readiness, and active community relations to promote services and support the well-being of residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Extensive knowledge of nursing home regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue experience.
• Passion for serving elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to ensure survey readiness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, and training to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and audit readiness across state and federal guidelines.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects for fiscal responsibility.
• Drive community relations and market the facility to promote services and engagement.
• Enhance resident services through therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a safe, nutritious, and well‑managed environment and ensure resident well‑being.
