Job summary

Englewood Health Care Center in Monroeville, Alabama, part of Crowne Health Care, seeks an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive census growth and financial performance while delivering resident-centered care.

Ideal candidates will hold an Alabama LNHA license and have a proven track record in facility operations, survey readiness, and staff leadership,

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LNHA license required.
• Experience managing a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing SNF and LTC.
• Demonstrated experience with regulatory surveys and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage facility operations and achieve financial goals.
• Experience with census development and growth.
• Leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations affecting skilled nursing facilities.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety and satisfaction.
• Lead and support department managers and staff while fostering teamwork.
• Oversee staffing, employee engagement, retention and facility culture.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and operational goals; manage finances.
• Develop strategies to grow census and maintain referral partnerships.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory surveys and oversee corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain quality outcomes and compliance.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians and community partners.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies.
