Job summary

Tetra Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead the community’s operations, ensuring high quality care and compliance with all standards. You will guide staffing, budgeting, policy implementation, and resident relations to create a home-like, supportive environment.

The role requires an LNHA license in good standing, knowledge of state guidelines, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience as an administrator.
• Proficient with common software applications.
