Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the state of operation.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable standards.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain high quality care for每 resident at all times.
• Plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.
