Job summary

Trinidad Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team and guide day-to-day operations at the Trinidad facility in Colorado.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and resident-centered care with a focus on quality and empathy.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible LNHA license.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff.

What You’ll Do
