The ideal candidate will hold an Illinois LNHA license, have proven leadership in a long-term care setting, and possess strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• Current IL LNHA license is required.
• Experience as Administrator in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
• Proven regulatory compliance and survey performance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH and federal regulations.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead survey outcomes.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and metrics.
• Lead and mentor department heads and interdisciplinary teams.

Haven of Ridgeview is seeking an experienced, motivated, and resident-centered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility
• Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulations
• Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomes
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development strategies
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staff
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license — required
• Proven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
• Demonstrated history of regulatory compliance and successful survey performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field — preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 -$100,000 annual salary based on experience
