Complete Care at the Boulevard is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 156-bed skilled nursing facility.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments within the facility
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and healthcare standards
Oversee daily facility operations and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Monitor quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Support census growth and positive referral relationships within the community
Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership and facility team
Monitor financial performance and operational goals
Promote a culture focused on resident-centered care, accountability, and continuous improvement
Address concerns promptly and work toward effective solutions
Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Prior Nursing Home Administrator experience required.
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
