Job summary

Complete Care at the Boulevard, a 156-bed skilled nursing facility, seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operation and ensure the highest quality resident care.

As Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a resident-centered culture while collaborating with staff and physicians. Illinois LNHA license and prior long-term care leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
• Prior Nursing Home Administrator experience required.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
