Job summary

Haven of Ridgeview in Illinois is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility with a resident-centered approach. You will oversee daily operations, ensure IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance, and maintain survey readiness.

You will mentor department heads, drive performance metrics, manage budgets and census strategies, and serve as the primary liaison with regulators, vendors, and the community to sustain high-quality care and

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LNHA license required.
• Proven experience as an Administrator in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations.
• Track record of regulatory compliance and successful survey performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH and federal regulations.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomes.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development strategies.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staff.
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners.
