• Uses diverse assessment strategies for learning in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

• Implements program student learning outcomes (PSLOs) to guide curriculum and evaluation.
• Designs and runs program assessments for quality improvement.
• Participates in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
• Maintains current nursing practice knowledge to prepare students for practice.
• Upholds Galen’s mission and values and complies with state board requirements.
