Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Orlando is seeking experienced Nursing Faculty to educate the next generation of nurses across Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and related specialties. You will facilitate learning, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development while upholding state and national accreditation standards.

This full-time on-site role requires an MSN (BSN considered) and a minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.

Qualifications

• Active, current and unencumbered RN license for the applicable state.
• MSN degree required; BSN-prepared nurses may be considered depending on campus needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in various settings (classroom, lab, clinical).
• Develop and implement curriculum and evaluate program outcomes.
• Engage in scholarship and professional development within the faculty role.
• Lead in alignment with state board of nursing rules and accrediting bodies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve nursing education and student outcomes.
