Galen College of Nursing in Florida seeks a Nursing Faculty member to educate the next generation of nurses. You will lead classroom, lab, and clinical instruction, align outcomes with PSLOs, and contribute to curriculum development and assessment.

The role requires an MSN, an active RN license, and at least two years of clinical RN experience. A collaborative, student-centered educator who fosters excellence will thrive here.

Formación

• Active, current RN license in the applicable state.
• MSN is required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum two years of clinical RN experience.
• Meet state board of nursing and accrediting body requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies to inform course improvement.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and contribute to scholarship.
• Act as a leader and change agent within the educational environment.
• Maintain professional practice knowledge to prepare students for nursing practice.
• Uphold the college's mission and values, including inclusivity and excellence.
