Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Murray, Utah is seeking Core Nursing Faculty to educate students in didactic and clinical settings, contribute to curriculum development, and uphold the college's values of Passion, Excellence, Adaptability, Accountability, and Integrity.

You will mentor faculty and students, coordinate clinical experiences, and ensure program outcomes while maintaining FERPA compliance and delivering high-quality nursing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required (Master's or higher) or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a related graduate degree.
• Current unencumbered state professional registered nurse license or enhanced compact license for teaching location.
• Certified Nurse Educator certification is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching in a registered nursing program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, teaches, and evaluates the nursing education program.
• Designs, implements, teaches, evaluates, and revises the curriculum.
• Leads simulation learning experiences in the Nursing Lab.
• Teaches at least 36 credits annually.
• Mentors faculty, adjuncts, and students; participates in curriculum design and program evaluation.
• Plans, teaches, and evaluates classroom, clinical, and skills labs with other team members.
• Connects students to College resources and supports student success plans.
