Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing seeks a Core Nursing Faculty member to educate students, engage in scholarly activities, and advance the college’s values of Passion, Adaptability, Accountability, Integrity, and Excellence.

You will teach didactic and clinical content, design and revise curricula, and supervise simulation and clinical instruction while collaborating with a diverse team of faculty and students.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ professional nursing experience; teaching in a nursing program preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or enhanced compact licensure for teaching location.

Responsibilities

• Develop, teach, and evaluate nursing curriculum and program objectives.
• Lead simulation experiences in the Nursing Lab and oversee clinical adjuncts.
• Teach and evaluate at least 36 credits annually in didactic settings.
• Mentor faculty, adjuncts, and students; participate in program evaluation and policy development.
