Hondros College of Nursing is seeking a dynamic BSN-prepared nurse to join our Indianapolis Campus as a Full-Time Nursing Faculty member. The role involves teaching across classroom, lab, and clinical settings, and contributing to curriculum implementation and student success strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Three or more years full-time RN experience (or part-time equivalent).
• Active IN RN license without encumbrance.
• Official transcripts for degrees earned.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• One year nursing lecturing experience at an accredited university is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in the classroom, lab, and/or clinical setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate to ensure full curriculum implementation.
• Participate in Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
• Recommend strategies for student success.
• Tutor students to help meet course objectives.
• Implement clinical experiences when applicable.
• Evaluate student achievement and provide feedback.
